you mean the pattern wasnt that you were just writing in all lowercase...

all lowercase AND fullwidth for maximum aesthetic

Take breaks every so often.
If you force yourself too hard, all you're gonna have at the end is bad and uninspired pieces of audio because you had exausted yourself to the point you won't want to keep making them, but will do then anyway because it was a stupid idea you came up that you wish you hadn't, until you finally drop it, having only dissapointment in yourself for not being able to keep up with your own ludicrously high standards.
Take your time. Art takes time, dedication and patience. Lots of patience. If you don't feel like making more music, stop, rest, watch TV, go out with friends, play videogames, just don't do something you don't feel like doing, and I'm saying this that anything you make yourself do too much will often create fatigue and creative burnout.
Creating media and entertainment is like a fart. If you have to force it, then it's probably crap.

i fundamentally disagree with just about everything you said about the nature of art, but i appreciate your concern for my well being

Eh, alright.
Good luck.
